Wash Care
We want to make sure you get the most wear out of your new hoodie we recommend you follow our easy wash care guide below:
- Before washing, undo buttons, close zips and check pockets for loose or sharp objects
- Wash at 30°
- Wash inside out
- Do not bleach
- Wash with similar colours
- Wash with similar textured garments
- To avoid excess friction, do not overload washing machine
- Do not leave in a wet environment
- Do not tumble dry
- Lay flat to dry to avoid shrinking
- Do not dry clean. Chemicals used in dry cleaning can damage the print on your garment
- Never iron over the imprint
- Iron on the reverse side using the lowest heat setting
- For best results wash before use

Our priority is to ship all orders* in stock placed before 12 p.m. Monday through Friday (except bank holidays). If an order is placed after 12 p.m. and it is in stock, it will be shipped on the next working day (except during bank holidays). To make your shopping experience with us more enjoyable, we offer a wide range of delivery partners, including Royal Mail, DPD, and UPS. All orders in the UK are trackable. All orders over £99 are delivered free of charge.

** For orders dispatched to the EU orders shipped can take 5 - 21 working days to reach their destination. It is the customer's responsibility to cover import duties and taxes (if applicable) Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any orders that cannot pass through border customs. You must ensure such orders are legal and allowed by the country to which they are shipped. Orders are not refunded once shipped. By placing your order, you hereby agree to such terms.
Tracking & Delivery
You will receive a 'Shipping Confirmation' email once your order has been dispatched. It will include tracking information and the courier tracking link you can use to follow the progress of your order. It is imperative to provide your correct email address, otherwise, you will not receive this email. In rare cases, your email provider filters our emails into your spam folder, so please check this folder before contacting us.
If you do not receive your order by the expected delivery date stated, you MUST inform us within 48hrs at help@justsarms.com so we can investigate with the relevant courier immediately. Failure to do so may mean we are unable to remedy the problem which may include a refund or reshipment of your order.
Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer who will be charged for carriage if we need to make a collection on their behalf and/or the order needs to be reshipped.
We do need to state that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are present to sign for their order. In no way can Just SARMs and/or its couriers be held liable for failed deliveries, unless either party has been negligent in their duty to deliver.
